o EU’s European Green Deal identifies clean hydrogen as a priority for achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. The major focus areas of Green Deal are: decarbonizing the
energy sector, sustainable transport and increasing building efficiencies.
o Europe is leading electrolyzer capacity deployment, with 40% of global installed capacity, and is set to remain the largest market in the near term on the back of the
ambitious hydrogen strategies.
