It is then that we can have hope of
answered prayers. James 4:3 says,
“Ye ask, and receive not, because ye
ask amiss, that ye may consume it
upon your lusts.” It is right and good
that we desire success and happiness
for our children even in this life, ac-
cording to God’s will and His timing.
He “is able to do exceeding abun-
dantly above all that we ask or
think.” (Ephesians 3:20) In
