                                               CHICKEN CUTLETS IN


                                                 MUSHROOM SAUCE

              INGREDIENTS                           DIRECTIONS:
              1 Pack Chicken Cutlets                Cut chicken cutlets into strips. Coat in Àour.
              Flour                                 Heat oil in frying pan. Fry chicken cutlets,
              Oil                                   approximately 1 minute on each side, until
              4 Onions                              chicken cutlet turns white. Remove from pan
              3 Cans Mushrooms                      and set aside.
              1 Red Pepper
              4 Cloves Garlic                       Slice onions into thin circles and place in pan.
              Salt & Pepper                         Cut red pepper into strips. Add mushrooms
                                                    with sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
                                                    Mix well adding ½ cup water. Add chicken
                                                    cutlets and cook for 1 hour on low Àame.

                                                    Serve on top of rice and enjoy!
