Researchers at the Icahn School of Medicine
at Mount Sinai and Jewish Crohn’s & Colitis
Support Group (JCCSG) are joining forces with
Jewish communities for the Road to Prevention
Program in IBD (Crohn’s or Colitis).

WHAT’S INVOLVED?
• A stool sample • Completion of brief
• A blood (or saliva) sample questionnaires
We are looking for both family members with and without IBD to participate
in this families study.
Compensation provided for your time and effort.
We hope to define important events happening in the
gastrointestinal tract before IBD happens so that we can
improve diagnosis, treatment and prevention of IBD.
