No-Bake Chocolate
Chunk Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 cup sugar Place sugar, butter, cocoa powder and milk in a pot and
cook until the mixture melts completely and is smooth.
1 and 3/4 ounces butter (or margarine)
Add oatmeal and stir well.
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for one to two

1/4 cup milk (or Soy Milk)
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats (use gluten
free, if needed) Add chopped chocolate and stir.
3 and 1/2 ounces Milk Chocolate (or dark 0DNH ÀDWWHQHG EDOOV IURP WKH PL[WXUH DQG SODFH RQ D
or white chocolate), chopped baking pan.
For Drizzling )UHH]H WKH FRRNLHV IRU DERXW DQ KRXU WR EHFRPH ¿UP
1 and 3/4 ounces Elite White Chocolate, Decorate with melted white chocolate (optional, but
melted, for drizzling really enhances the cookies).
Note: Keep the cookies in an airtight container for up
to a week.
