Hamentash knish





                                                  Your perfect purim side dish!!! Simple to make
                                                             and can easily be made in advance!!
           Purim Side Dishes  INGREDIENTS









                        FXSV ÀRXU
                      1 tsp. baking powder
                      3 sticks margarine
                      2 egg yolks
                      1/3 cup water
                      2 tbsp. sugar
                      ½ tsp. salt

                      Filling
                      broccoli
                      sweet potato
                      potatoes
                      oil
                      salt

                   DIRECTIONS
                   1. Combine all ingredients to form a soft dough.
                   2. Roll out dough ¼ inch thick.
                   3. Cut into circles with a glass.
                   4. Cook the broccoli, sweet potato, and potatoes seperately.
                   5. Mash each one with a little oil and salt.
                   6. Put one tbsp. Filling in the center of each circle. Fill some with broccoli, sweet
                   potato, and the rest with potatoes.
                   7. Fold in 3 sides to create hamen tash.
                   8. Put into cookie sheet and brush with eggs.
                   9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
