Carer Stress (Intensity & Likely Source)
Each month, CQE produces a report on those carers who are experiencing stress. The survey also enables us to determine the likely source of the stress. Personal / Emotional sources could indicate a bullying spouse at home. Work-related might indicate an over-bearing manager at work.
Whatever the cause, great leaders will always offer a willing audience - and often, just being heard is a source of help in itself.
Leaders who pay attention to this report will be seen as more “in touch” with their team.
