Continuity of Care
CQE produces a report on the Continuity of Care provided by each of a care home’s carers.
Care continuity is essential for residents. It gives a sense of stability and security.
Happy carers don’t want to change jobs frequently. Once a home has the right mix of carers it becomes more stable.
