Marketing Strategy - Pricing
One of the biggest factors in the pursuit of marketing your home is going to be the listing
price. We will need to evaluate and identify your motivation and a time frame for selling your
property. The right pricing of a home can be the deciding factor if your home sells in the
matter of day or months. Also, the number of showings is a direct reflection of the pricing
strategy used. Over pricing a home can also help sell the competition. That is why pricing is
one of the most crucial aspects of selling your home. Many times we hear home owners
wanting to start out on the higher price points in order to leave room for negotiations. That is
a misconception, especially in a sellers’ market. When supply is low, buyers understand the
competition they are faced with and are less likely to ask for concessions and a “deal”.
