Dave Chmiel has accepted the role role of of of Senior Vice President National National Director Director of of of Claims Claims The The National National Director Director of of of of Claims Claims is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new key role role for for Hub The The idea for for this position came from discussions with the the the the the EMT and the the the the the recommendation of of the the the the the HUB LEAD group who did their project work work in in in the the the the the the Claims area In In this role Dave will be leading our claims effort across Hub International working with both the the the US and Canada Congratulations to Tania Garza (Tulsa) on on on on the the completion of the the Hispanic Leadership Institute (HLI) a a a a program through Leadership Tulsa HLI HLI offers the opportunity to:
-Feel connected to the the the community
-Make connections with others they might not have otherwise ever met -Understand the the the the complexities of public policy issues facing our Tulsa community
-Make an an an impact in a a a a a a a direct way -Develop and be recognized for their innate leadership talents
The HLI group collaborated with Tulsa Young Professionals the the the League of of Women Voters & the the the Coalition of of the the the American Dream to increase voter engagement & empowerment in in the Latinx Community The Tulsa community
trust those that show up with active volunteerism we we are hoping to to empower the community
to to voter reminding them that “the power lies in the the the people not the people in power”
