HUB Mid-America announces new recognition programs for all employees!
As employees at at at at HUB you are critical to to the the the the overall success of our company and and I want to to thank the the the the many at at at at Staff Lunch this week that reviewed the the the the attached and and gave input with the the the the exciting changes we we we will be be imple- menting in in in in our region beginning February 1 2020
In further support of of of you and and in in in alignment with HUB’s Guiding Principle of of of "Focus on our our People " " we have enhanced the the opportunities to to recognize ALL OUR EMPLOYEES and and and and our our our success! The goal of of of of this recogni- tion tion is is to to to celebrate individuals and and and and and and teams who do an an an an an an an an outstanding job of of living our our our HUB values going above and and and and and beyond to to service our our clients and and and and and helping drive excellence and and and and and innovation at at at Mid-America As described in in in the the the attached presentation we have worked to to take the the the best of our our various recognition recognition programs and combine them into an an improved program program called HUB Applause! This is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a four-tiered recognition recognition approach consisting of the the following:
• Thumbs Up – Peer-to-peer recognition of your colleagues’ day-to-day contributions We’ll provide the the tools so so you you you can give them a a a a a a a a a a a a special special thank you you you or or or shout-out anytime! Watch for for special special post-it notes to to to to arrive some- time before February 1st • High Five – Managers with input from other team team members members give high fives to their their team team members members for exceeding expectations of their their roles This replaces
the the the Zapp program and and comes with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a special incentive These are “on the the spot” awards and and can be given at any time • Round of Applause – Managers with with input from other team members recognize employees with with a a a a a a a a Round of Applause for going above and beyond in in in making a a a a a a a a a a a a a significant contribution to their team or or Mid-America overall This award will replace Game
Changer and comes with a a a a a a a a a a a a a little different incentive but can also be given at any time • Standing Standing Ovation Ovation – Anyone can nominate a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a peer for for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a Standing Standing Ovation Ovation to recognize a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a truly extraordinary achievement or or or or or a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a consistently above the the bar performance This is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new annual award which will be given at at at at at at the the the end end of each year To nominate nominate someone for for for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a standing ovation send an an an an an email to to Michelle Rakes identify- ing ing who you’d like to to nominate nominate and and describe the the the accomplishments which you you believe merit consideration for for this honor!
