TARSAL TRAUMA Shearing injury to the medial aspect of the tarsus. The medial
malleolus has been ground off along with the medial collateral ligaments, exposing
the tarsocrural joint. This case required pantarsal arthrodesis due to a comminuted
fracture of the articular surface of the talus. (Copyright © 2018 Kathleen Linn.)
