                                               CHEMOTHERAPY: ADVERSE EVENTS  Soft-tissue injury caused by extravasation of doxorubicin approximately
                                               2.5 weeks prior. Doxorubicin was administered with an infusion pump. Extravasation was noted. No treatment
                                               for extravasation was administered. The injury progressed proximally from the catheter site to the dog’s axilla
                                               and ventral thorax. The dog was euthanized.

           CHEMOTHERAPY: ADVERSE EVENTS  Soft-
           tissue injury caused by extravasation of vincristine
           14 days prior. Extravasation was not noticed at the
           time of treatment. The dog licked the site, resulting in
           a secondary infection. The injury resolved in 1 month
           with cephalexin, wound management, and an e-collar.
