PROJECT DESCRIPTION

adjacent security desks and security cameras
• Common areas and amenities include management and leasing offices, separate computer, exercise,
and game rooms, multiple study areas, laundry rooms and space for music practice rooms.
• The community includes a convenience store, Herb’s Place, open to all Troy students.
• Super suite-style units with kitchenette, living area, private bedrooms and no more than two students
sharing a bath.
• The site plan allows for the preservation of several existing trees and an ample amount of green space.
