29. Subsequent Events
a. On Friday, February 4, 2017 the Company Secretary received a letter from the liquidator
of Good Vacations Limited, indicating that the company was placed into liquidation under
the terms of the loan agreement by the loan creditors on December 28, 2016. The accounts
receivable balance includes an amount of $4,217,000 (Jamaican dollars) owed by Good
Vacations Limited. Good Vacations Limited is located in the United States of America.
b. After reviewing the Income Statement for the year ended December 31, 2016, the directors
proposed a dividend of $0.05 per share. No adjustment was made in the accounts for the
proposed dividends. The dividends were proposed on June 23, 2017
