Sociology

The mission of the department of Sociology is to provide quality instruction to all of its
majors and non-majors, so that they are well-prepared academically, to compete in
educational institutions and in marketplaces, locally, nationally and globally. Each faculty
member conducts research, presents and/or publishes at least one paper per year.
