COMPANY PROFILE

CKS SPORTS is based in the city of Athens – Greece, offering a wide range of sports consulting services in all aspects of constructing a sports facility, evaluating and choosing the right sports & fitness
equipment both in terms of performance and quality as well as their implementation in accordance to the needs and expectations of the end user or/and client the technical specifications set by the
national or/and international authorities/federations and always within the timeline agreed.
Since the beginning of the 2007 the company was heavily involved in the fitness industry exclusively representing the USA brand LIFE FITNESS both in Greek and few other neighbor
markets and it still does it, remaining one of the market leader in the local market by representing exclusively in Greece, Albania and North Macedonia the Spanish brand BH FITNESS
that is the European leader in the fitness industry for the last five decades.
Early2008 CKS SPORTS expanded its operations in Middle East region through a join venture with the Qatar based group of companies ACEC. That decision changed significantly the
company’s performance and vision due to her intensive involvement in large-scale and over-demanding projects related either with the construction of sports facilities and halls or
the planning, supply and installation of specialized sports equipment for particular projects and events.
During 2010 the company’s ownership decided to invest on its own production of sports equipment and accessories for a wide range of sports based on a contract for long term
leasing of a fully operational and equipped production facility located at the suburb of Athens, an investment that allowed the company to expand its product range, consolidate the
foreign import costs and introduce to the market its own series of Playground & Urban Equipment.
Currently CKS SPORTS is holding serious negotiations for further business collaborations in the Balkan region (Bulgaria & Serbia) while she re-organizes the UAE office by joining
forces with the company JJ Productions that consists the rising star of the Event Planning and Production industry in the ME region aiming by this way to expand its portfolio of
projects and interests. Besides, it is worth to be mentioned that CKS SPORTS within the last decade had the opportunity to enrich its portfolio with a significant number of successful
and reputed projects such as:

A) Facility: Hamdan Bin Rashid Sports Center – UAE (2014)

Project: Planning, supply and implementation of sports equipment and flooring for Basketball, Volleyball and Handball

B) Facility: Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (LEED Platinum Award 2016) - Greece
Contractor: Salini Impregilo - Italy / TERNA SA - Greece Client: Stavros Niarchos Foundation
Project: Design and implementation of Athletic track
C) Event: ABU DHABI SPECIAL OLYMPICS - 2018 Abu Dhabi MENA GAMES and 2019 Abu Dhabi WORLD GAMES
Facilities: ADNEC, Mubadala Complex, NYU etc. Client: Abu Dhabi Special Olympics Local Organizing Committee
Project: Design, Supply and implementation of sports flooring and equipment for 17 Fields of Play (FoPs) out of 24 for both Events including storage and dismantling of them.
