The Granite Group and Acorn, believe in your development and investing
in you as you grow and progress within the Company. In order to achieve this, we have designed a benefits package based on three core job role bandings.
As part of your onboarding process, you will have
been notified which role banding applies to your role.
This guide will outline which benefits are specific to your role, along with details of all other Company-wide benefits. If you are unsure what job role banding applies to you, please ask your line manager.
The enhanced benefits outlined in this document are effective from Sunday 1st January 2023 and are non-contractual (with the exception of enhanced holidays). We will continue to review our offering on a regular basis, and reserve the right to make any changes to these benefits with reasonable notice.
This guide has been written in good faith, if there is any ambiguity then the business reserves the right to review the point and decide in line with fairness and business needs. Any ambiguity identified will be be corrected
in future versions.
In addition to the benefits outlined in this handbook we have some exciting employee engagement activities and events planned for 2023, including the following:
• Regular charity fundraising events
• More colleague competitions, rewards and celebrations
• Regular colleague surveys so you have the opportunity
