Enhanced Annual Leave Policy
The Company believes that a healthy work-life balance is critical for your wellbeing. That is why we have introduced an enhanced holiday offering. We also believe that it is important that we acknowledge and recognise your loyalty to us, so your holiday entitlement will increase in line with your length of service, along with your progression within the Company.
 How it works:
Each role has been evaluated and assigned to our Company Banding Structure.
Your Enhanced Statutory Annual Leave allowance will be dependent on the band in which your role has been placed.
The entitlement per Company banding is shown in the table (right).
Should your role change during the year, which results in you moving to a different band, then any annual leave increase will be prorated for that year.

N.B. Your additional leave will be applied at the start of the next calendar year following your date of commencement with us. For example:
