 Repayment of Company Maternity Pay (CMP):
The CMP payments are subject to additional terms, which are explained below in more detail. If colleagues fail to:
• Return to work immediately after their period of maternity leave ends
• Return after annual leave at the end of maternity leave
• Returns to work but fails to continue in employment for at least 12 months from return.
The Company will require the colleague to repay the CMP (non-statutory element) received. We will work with colleagues to agree on a payment plan in the event that this is necessary. However, the Company reserves
the right to recover costs in full if no agreement is reached. The colleague will need to agree to the repayment clause and complete the form on the HR system before CMP is agreed based on the table below:
