place features. Access to leisure and recreational activities and generally
no assistive care.

Gabriel Iorga
Administrator in Training
Carmel Hills Retirement Community
Gabriel joined Carmel Hills, a Christian retirement community and
assisted living in South Charlotte, in May of 2015. Gabriel moved from
California to Charlotte to become part of the Carmel Hills team. He is
joined by his wife, Susie, and their daughter, Kate. Gabriel and Susie
have long had a passion for working with retirees. Gabriel is now working closely with the
current administrator and staff to carry out Carmel Hills' mission; to care for and encour-
age God's people. Gabriel brings extensive knowledge as a registered nurse for 19 years
(including 8 years in management) and as a past member of the
Carmel Hills Board of Directors. He is enjoying getting to know the
residents at Carmel Hills as well as Southern cuisine and nuances.
He says he looks forward to serving the people and God there for
many years to come.
