Sierra Vista

Bowie Bear Land Packaging currently has available 353 acres located in
Chestermere, Alberta that is designated for single family/multi-family

development. Bowie Bear is in negotiations with 2 premiere builders and

a qualified investor at this juncture but is open to present possible J/V

opportunities to this group. The land is not serviced and an ASP is

currently in development. An executive summary and a full marketing

proposal has been developed and is ready for review.

Eagle Shores

Eagle Shores is a master planned community just 7 minutes east of

Strathmore. Eagle Shores offers 2.0 miles of beautiful lakeshore property

on the east side of Eagle Lake. This development boasts breathtaking

views, bike paths throughout, canoeing/sailing on the lake, water pond

features, acres of open space, a school site and a signature 9 or 18 hole

golf course. There currently is an approved area structure plan and an

approved sub-division plan for 133 lots in stage one. There will be a wide

range of architectural designs available. Everything from Craftsman,

Prairie, Shingle, English and French Country, Cottage, Ranch

and Modern styling’s. Eagle Shores will offer a mix of single family,
semi-detached and multi-family. We are currently looking for show home

builder partners and an investor/builder/operator for the 18 hole

championship course already designed by Gary Browning.
