To Chris...
Among all else, you provide a real, tangible benefit to the section culture that is vitally important. Keep it light, keep it hype. I will to you full control of all Baritone Social Media outlets.
To Gabby...
I truly believe that you bring an energy to this section that is irreplaceable, and I know your experience so far will absolutely translate into you becoming a strong leader in everything you do. I have seen you overcome every challenge thrown your way, and I want you to know how admirable and inspiring that has been to me, and how incredibly proud you should be of that. Take that energy, and pay it forward in everything you do.
To Matt Greco...
Though you may not realize it, you inspire others to work hard to achieve what they want to do. I am absolutely ecstatic for all your growth as a person and as a musician this year. I challenge you to keep working hard, stay humble, and achieve whatever you set your mind to. Additionally, I will to you the responsibility of creating the 2018-19 Section Shirt.

It is a very, very hard intangible difference to understand, but you’re getting there. You are a strong player, and I look forward to seeing you make great strides next year when I get to see you all again.
To Paul...
When we were patiently waiting in the Ewing Towing Lot, one of the thoughts I had about you is that you are wise beyond your years. I am continually impressed with how you take on challenges that would cripple others, and make the most of every situation. It has been an absolute pleasure being in the band with you, and I encourage you to think back to that conversation we had, and create the culture
To Tess and Ally...
Guys, I’m really sorry. It is a true regret of mine that I was not a great staff buddy to either of you. I hope there’s still time to change that – plenty of time left in the year. I hope your first year in the
