“I work in a really good team and we are treated well and respe ed, but in other parts of the organisa on, no, women are not treated equally. I think, as
an organisa on, there is a lot of effort and focus on merit – but my experience, it is at an individual level....that unconscious bias comes out. .... they’re not doing anything wrong (the men), they’re not breaking any rules, but it’s the way they talk about women and their female colleagues....they just don’t realise what they are doing.
