“My experience has been alk and eese.....the first one and half years were great....I had a manager who led with the values of the organisa on. He didn’t broadcast himself as being an advocate as su , but he was extremely suppor ve and gave me lots of oppor ni es.....I now report to a different person.... ings I had responsibili for in the past, that I wanted to excel at – they’ve been taken away and I’ve been undermined. For example, I’m not in uded in emails. So I don’t get informa on that is dire ly relevant to me and my role..... I might get the email but it’s taken several rther communica ons for it to get to me via other people....when I approa ed him on it, he said he was very busy...
