“I have been passed over for career advancement oppor ni es in the past where I met all of the criteria and experience requirements for the role. e individuals that have been given the roles have not been as qualified, but have been part of the ‘boys’ ub’ and used their ose rela onship with senior management to influence the process. I’ve also been denied oppor ni es because a manager thought I ‘wouldn’t want to put in the required hours’.
