“I have been given great oppor ni es and promo ons by the organisa on (according to some of my male colleagues because I am female). I think the business tries to put females in roles and give them oppor ni es, it is how that is received... when a female leader is success l it is because they had a great team, when a male leader is success l it is because he is
a great leader and knows his material.
