Flow and Woodys Roads, which provide access to Goodnow Flow in the southwestern part of

town. Private roads account for more than 60 percent of all the roads within the Town. Most of

these roads serve private camps or campgrounds. While the Town of Newcomb has no public

transportation, it does offer senior residents daily transport to meal sites and weekly shopping

trips.
Water, Waste Waterr, & Utilities

The Winebrook Water and Sewer District is the only public water and wastewater district in the

Town. Public water and sewer were installed for the Winebrook development when the Town

settlement was relocated by National Lead. Situated in the eastern end of the Hamlet, the

district straddles NYS Route 28N. Within the district on the southern side of 28N, both sewer

and water services aare available to residents, while on the northern side of Route 28N, only
