Poor road conditions along NYS Route 28N
Owned and maintained by the State of New York, Newcomb’s portion of NYS Route 28N is in poor condition. While numerous spot improvements have been made over the years, the road has not been resurfaced since the early 90’s and it has not had any major reconstruction in over 30 years.
