Guidelines GENERAL INFORMATION
1. All bidders must have a bid number.
2. Payment may be made after an item is purchased or items may be accumulated throughout the evening. All items, both live and silent, must be paid for this evening at the checkout table or online.
3. Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card (Visa & MasterCard). Make checks payable to “Northwest Tech Endowment”.
4. All items are conveyed on an as is basis and all sales are final.
5. All items must be removed from the building this evening, unless other arrangements are made with an Endowment representative.
6. Gun Sales will be finalized in the 4-H Building with the Bullet Hole after the live auction concludes. A $20 transfer fee will be added to any successful firearm bidder.
SILENT AUCTION
1. The silent auction will open at 5:30.
2. This year the Silent Auction will be conducted electronically. Visit the following website: auctria.events/NWKTC2023Fundraiser to participate in a browser or to download the App.
3. Silent Auction closes at 9:00.
LIVE AUCTION
1. The live auction will begin at 7:30.
2. The clerk will record the successful bidder’s number.
3. The auctioneer will have final authority on all sales.
4. Due to the large number of items, the auctioneer will proceed quickly.
$10,000 CASH drawing guidelines
Four tickets will be drawn during the live auction from the pool of tickets. The 5th and final ticket will be sold as a live auction item. Afterwards the winner will be drawn from the five remaining tickets. Winner will need to complete a W-9 for the Endowment Association.
