             stone.  Although CRP3 was a 2.5 hr presentation, I know that many of you spent weekends and late nights to
            bring us to this point......countless hours of collaborating with others to ensure requirements and processes
            were vetted through; demonstrated flexibility and patience as late changes came in mid-stream; helping to
            educate others to expand awareness of CRM functionality and design; and taking the initiative to resolve is-
