   A. I’m passionate about keeping people in their own home for as long as possible with enough support. It’s a honour to be involved in our clients’ lives in this way. I love how every day and everybody’s situation is different.

A. I enjoy going to the beach and listening to
guided meditation.

Given the breadth of work that Client Engagement Managers are required to do, it is easy to ask: what makes someone a good Client Engagement Manager?
Here at allcare, we believe that in order for someone to be a good Client Engagement Manager they need to be outgoing, self-driven and professional.
It helps if Client Engagement Managers have demonstrated experience in the aged care sector, given that making sense of aged care services can be a difficult task! Client Engagement Managers do need to be natural problem solvers and understand what is going on. The best Client Engagement Managers are those who, in our view, have a deep understanding of customer-centric care principles, and client directed care.
At the end of the day, in-home care providers exist to act as a conduit for providing the care services that older Australians both need and demand in order to remain living independently in their own home and surroundings.
In our view, you cannot be truly customer-centric from a call centre in Sydney! You need to be local, on the ground and have a deep understanding of the communities that you serve.
