“ดับตัวตน” คือละความเป็นเรา ละอัตตา
ดับความรู้สึกว่าเป็นเรา ให้เหลือแต่สติ สมาธิ ปัญญา
“ค้นธรรม” คือพิจารณาสภาวธรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น
คือตามรู้อาการเกิดดับของรูปนาม

“Extinguishment of Self” is the extinguishment of the sense of “us”; the extinguishment of atta; the extinguishment of the perceptions of “us”—retaining only mindfulness, concentration, wisdom.
“In Search of Dhamma” is the contemplation of various natural conditions that emerge—that is, the willful contemplation of the emergence- cessation of the physical and mental phenomena.
