Lone Wolf Vanessa

Once upon a time, there was a period where magic users coexist with

humans. Children who can use magic go to Haji magic school and learn how
to use magic to fight the monster. In this period, there were many monsters

and the people who can use magic to protect the normal human living in the
country. Vanessa is a 17 years old girl who learns in Haji magic school and she

always has high scores in every magic subject. If someone tries to help her for
kindness, she would always say “Leave me alone" and do everything alone.

One day, there was a pair patrol assignment in the school lesson and the

teacher made Vanessa’s pair, Zack. Zack also has high scores every time
but was the complete opposite with Vanessa that he was a boy who always

helps someone in trouble and all the time, there were many people around
him.

“Nice to meet you Vanessa! I’m so glad to be paired with you!” Zack said.
However, Vanessa just said, “Leave me alone”. After saying the word,

Vanessa goes on her way as fast as the wind and leaves Zack behind her.
When Vanessa was patrolling alone in the dark damp forest, she

suddenly heard a sound she hadn't heard before. The sound was so low as
she thought the underground was rumbling. She looked around and found a

huge wolf monster behind her. The monster was grey and hairy, his fang was
so sharp and long, and the biggest surprise was that he had 8 eyes. Vanessa

wasn’t scared because she believed in her power. She used her strongest
magic she can use now and attacked the monster. However, the monster did

not look damaged and she was despaired.

“Vanessa! Are you okay?” The voice was Zack. He felt the strong power of
Vanessa’s magic and found Vanessa.
“Yes, of course,” she said. After a little silence, she added, “ but I think I

need your help now. Can you help me?” This was her first time begging for

help, so Zack was surprised but also happy at the same time.
“Of Course! I’m here to help you. If we use our magic together, I’m sure
that we can defeat that terrible monster.”
