BHCLR has a designated Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator is available to explain
and discuss your right to file a criminal complaint related to sexual assault and violence;
BHCLR’s complaint and investigation process, confidentiality practices, and available resources.
You can email a complaint to titleIX@bhclr.edu or submit a Title IX Complaint Form to the
Student Services Office or the Business Office.
