Christian Home Educators of Colorado (CHEC) exists to defend your family’s freedom and help you homeschool with confidence. The history of homeschooling in Colorado began with the battle for homeschool freedom in the 1980s, and then God worked through the very first small homeschool conference held in 1990 to grow a movement that continues today. Now, CHEC continues to expand and reach families with our vision of home discipleship that is Christ centered, parent directed, and free from government control.
Since establishment, Colorado Food Cluster has been challenging the status quo of public programs and services. COVID-19 presented an opportunity for communities and organizations in the charitable food ecosystem to rethink and redesign how essential resources such as healthy food, is accessed by individuals and families. Our model eliminates the time tax that low-income families encounter and brings high quality services and programs to parents and children directly to their homes.
