Parker Adventist Hospital Foundation is a faith-based non-profit that supports programs at Parker Adventist Hospital that are essential to our community’s health and well-being. Foundation support includes cancer survivorship ther- apies, state of the art equipment and services, grief workshops, art therapy at the patient bedside, stroke support groups and community outreach for those deserving neighbors in need. These programs help advance our mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ, by caring for those in need – particularly the sick, the injured and the elderly.
We are a Community Center for aging adults who wish to come for a hot meal, activity, group outing, or socialization. We have seen how poor nutrition and isolation adversely affect our aging adults. Our program and services directly impact their well-being, mental health, and nutritional needs. Because of our Center, aging adults can enjoy the life- style they have become accustomed to and remain in their homes longer. We are a resource center for other events, programs and services in our community.
