• To ensure the Kiln drying system works in normal operation.

• Double Check the drawing from the Production Engineering Dept. (PED) which by drawn by the
CAD operator

• Do a program and designate appropriate tools as shown in the full size

• Double check the set-up tools if it is already updated from the DEF.tlg file (this is where the tool
length, usable length, tool diameter, & other parameters store)

• Do a test run and check output if is already getting the quality as required from the costumer

• Then do massive production and from time to time I check the quality.

• Sometimes, if there is minor problem with the machine we are the one do the repair with the
supervision of CNC technician personnel (SCM).
