2019 Awards
The Marine Propulsion Awards are the industry’s most coveted and credible. An independent industry panel chaired by Marine Propulsion & Auxiliary Machinery editor Gavin Lipsith reviewed nominations across seven award categories, selecting shortlists of three or four entries per category. The shortlists were put online for a public vote, drawing more than 1,800 votes worldwide. Presentations to the winners will be made at gala dinner during the conference.
EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT AWARD
Presented to a product, system, process or policy that has been introduced (or substantially improved and relaunched) during the previous calendar year and has provided a permanent improvement in fuel efficiency, either on a specific ship or across a fleet.
