Fire and evacuation procedure
If you discover a fire, please raise the alarm immediately by breaking the glass on the nearest fire alarm.
In the event of an emergency, please go to the nearest telephone and alert the Operators by dialling 888.
On hearing the fire alarm, please note that:
An intermittent sounding of the fire alarm indicates danger and you should be prepared to leave the building.
Continuous sounding of the alarm is the signal to evacuate the building.
When you hear it you should leave the building IMMEDIATELY via the nearest escape route and assemble at the hotel’s car park, located on the left hand side of the hotel.
When you evacuate:
Do not run or panic.
Do not use lifts.
Shut the doors and windows behind you.
Do not re-enter the building until you are advised that it is safe. Make yourself familiar with escape route and the location of alarm call points.
