The collective brain is stronger than the individual one.

Where the individual may make intuitive leaps and see

linkages it is the collective, through communication that

often provides the spark to ultimately light the way to a
solution.

So, if possible, work with a group

As with business, people rarely have complete information
and must rely on inferences. You should be prepared to

make creative assumptions; good analysis goes beyond

simply identifying the relevant facts in the case. If some facts
aren't given, figure out what you can assume they are.

Furthermore, case analysis tends to be about the ‘linkages’

that the raw case study presents.
