3: What is your relationship with the Scientist in Leeds?

                 How did you meet him and what does he offer the company in exchange for the
                 shares you have given him? Moreover , what is he going to do in the future?

                 3-a.: The scientist in Leeds is an expert in produt designing, production,
                 mechanical and electronic engineering. He will assist the lead scientist in
                 production and product development. He will also bring finance, his expertise,
                 skill, experience , his own patent and ideas. He has access to the African
                 market.

                 4: You mentioned ‘Your people in Africa’ who -----------------are they?

                 4-a: Business and accademic network.

                 At what level do these contacts operate? What do they offer in terms of developing the
                 company and its products/markets?

                 4-b.: Things are in their initial stage. We will discuss the things together to
                 develope a proper strategy.

                 What market are you really targeting and why?

                 4-c.: Initially Euro-ATS will operate in the local market and in South Asia. Our
                 market research shows that the product is in demand in the above mentioned
                 markets.

                 5: Where are you getting the finance to develop the company and how are you
                 going to secure this?

                 5-a.: At this moment we are considering all the possible options such as Public
                 funding, private funding, bank loan, angel investors etc. Again we will work
                 together to make the right decision.

                 6: Where are you sourcing the component parts and at what cost?

                 6-a.: Component parts can locally be sourced apart from some special parts for
                 which the scientists are already in contact with the producer. For information on
