In line with the above Drambuie
increased its marketing spending in
Scotland, which made up 25% of its UK
sales.
Moreover, as in other markets, a
commercial brand ambassador was appointed, while
Drambuie was heavily promoted at such events as the
Scottish, RockNess festival.
Furthermore, television
advertising was planned for
around Christmas along with
partnerships with the Grosvenor cinema in Glasgow and the
G1 Group of bars and nightclubs.
