                  Inter School Senior Fest
                                                              Keeping the adage ‘Safety First’ as the need
             At DPSBN, the month of August kicked off         of the hour, a workshop on Road Safety was
             with  AURUM  –  the  month  of  Science  and     organized by the automobile giant Volvo. A
             Sports  celebration.  It  also  included  the    practical session in the school premises kept

             DPSBN  also  hosted  the  First  edition  of
             Impressions – Aurum, an Inter-school Junior
             Fest.  It  was  the  first  of  its  kind  in  the  city
             with  over  49  schools  participating  and
             exploring the theme of Science and Sports .

                                                                       Scholarship Award

                                                               The     Prakash      Mathew      Memorial

                                                               Scholarship,  instituted  by  the  parents  of
                                                               late Prakash Mathew, a class X student of
                                                               batch  2015-16  was  awarded  to  Karanveer
                     Karanveer Anand, the recepient            Anand and Mini Basaria, class X students
               of the Prakash Mathew Memorial                  for their academic proficiency.
                                            ATAL Tinkering Labs


            ATAL  Tinkering  Labs,  a  Govt.  of  India  initiative  to  inspire  innovative  ideas,  saw  a
            participation  of  16,000  schools  out  of  which  250  were  selected  for  setting  up  an  advanced
            science lab at the school premises. The school secured a grant of Rs. 2 lakh towards the same
            in recognition of a project, an efficient Water Management System, creatively designed by the

            students.
