regard, I wish to commend pastors Guillaume,

prepared their churches to be audited on time.
I solicit your assistance and that of the pastors,
to get our churches to come up to date with
their audit.
POLICY COMPLIANCE
Generally, all churches were in compliance with
church policy. However, one area is worth
reinforcing here. It has to do with the treatment
of Thirteenth Sabbath and Investment offerings,
in relation to the 60:40 plans, seem not to be
fully understood. Both offerings come under the
60:40 plan and should be so divided.
Additionally, some churches collect an offering
for a special project and treat it under the 60:40
plan, instead of 100% going to the local church.
APPRECIATION
Finally let me express my sincere appreciation
to the treasurers and their assistants in all our
churches for their dedicated service to the Lord.
Thanks to the pastors for their support and
