were Paradise and St. Paul’s respectively. The support, cooperation and team spirit. May God
East Central and Northern Districts followed continue to bless you and the work in this side
with 40% completion (two out of five churches of the field.

respectively), with the stand out churches being
Mirabeau and Sauteurs. The Grenadines and
Western 1 Districts brought up the rear with a
completion rate of 33%, the outstanding
churches were Dover and Clozier. In this

regard, I wish to commend pastors Guillaume,
Isaac and Peters who have consistently
prepared their churches to be audited on time.

I solicit your assistance and that of the pastors,
to get our churches to come up to date with
            their audit.

            POLICY COMPLIANCE

Generally, all churches were in compliance with
church policy. However, one area is worth
reinforcing here. It has to do with the treatment

of Thirteenth Sabbath and Investment offerings,
in relation to the 60:40 plans, seem not to be
fully understood. Both offerings come under the
60:40 plan and should be so divided.
Additionally, some churches collect an offering

for a special project and treat it under the 60:40
plan, instead of 100% going to the local church.

            APPRECIATION

Finally let me express my sincere appreciation
to the treasurers and their assistants in all our
churches for their dedicated service to the Lord.
Thanks to the pastors for their support and

            cooperation. Sincere appreciation to the
conference treasurers, both past and present,
and the rest of the treasury staff; and my

predecessor, who has since retired, for your
