                       Indications
                       a) treatment of symptomatic left ventricular dysfunction
                       b) treatment of hypokalemia
                             c) treatment of asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction (EF<40% or SF<18%)
               4. Angiotensin Receptor Blockers
                       Indications
                       a) If ACE-I indicated but unable to be tolerated (cough)
               5. Digoxin
                       Indications
                       a) Symptomatic Left Ventricular Dysfunction
               6. Anticoagulation
                       Indications
                       a) indwelling central venous catheter with depressed ventricular function
                       b) previous thrombus or embolic event
                       c) persistent or uncontrolled atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter
               7. Antiplatelet Therapy
                       Indications
                       a) Single Ventricle Heart Disease
                       b) LV non-compaction
                       c) Moderately Decreased Ventricular Function
                       d) Previous thrombus or embolic event
                       e) Presence of arrhythmia
               C. Long-Term Follow-up Schedule
               1. Asymptomatic with Normal Function
                       1. F/U q6 months (q3 months if <3yo)
                       2. Echo q6 months
                       3. CBC, CMP, BNP q 6 months
                       4. EKG q6 months
                       5. Holter/Event Monitor q1-2 years
                       6. Exercise with Metabolic q3 years
               2. Asymptomatic with Mildly Decreased Function
                       1. F/U q3-6 months (q3 months if <3yo)
                       2. May consider monthly follow up for faster up titration of HF meds
                       3. Echo q6 months
                       4. CBC, CMP, BNP q 6 months
                       5. EKG q6 months
                       6. Holter/Event Monitor q1 year
                       7. Exercise with Metabolic q2 years
               3. Symptomatic Left Ventricular Dysfunction or Moderately-Severely Decreased LV function
                       1. F/U q3 months
                       2. May consider monthly follow up for faster up titration of HF meds
