It needs less pressure, so the uniformity improve
Maintaining the correct uniform pressure in the lamina<on process can increase yields by reducing gaps opening. It can also eliminate dry film wrinkles.
Wet lamina<on can help since it is possible to get excellent adhesion using low pressure.
