Sergio Sensini is a Business Professional who has been involved in Manufacturing of Precision Strip Cold Rolling since 1991.
Born, raised, and educated in Milan, Italy, a er comple ng his educa on at the Universita’ Statale di Milano in 1991, Sergio was recruited by Ulbrich Steels in 1994. He was then brought to the USA to develop an interna onal a tude within the company to increase export sales, as well as the understanding of di erent markets and cultures.
Among several new challenges, Sergio is in the process of obtaining the LEAN COACH cer ca on, to become part of the Lean Beret, a group of eight people who work to teach others how to use A3.
Sergio was presented with the “Interna onal Business Achievement Award” in 2001, 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2015. He has been living in the US since 1995, and became a US Ci zen in 2003.
