Mission Statement

The West Virginia Poison Center is an

information resource for both the public

and health care professionals, whose two-

fold purpose is to assist in the provision of

optimal treatment of the poisoned patient

and to reduce the number of accidental

poisonings throughout all fifty-five counties

of West Virginia.
