• Ascites: In heart failure.
• Epigastric pulsations: In right ventricular enlarge-
ment and aortic aneurysm.
• Renal bruit: Auscultate for renal bruit just above and
lateral to the umbilicus to rule out renal artery
stenosis in young hypertensives.
